Remanufactured CNC Grinders For High Performance
Remanufacturing outdated grinding equipment lengthens their productive life and may present significant savings over replacing your used grinding machinery.
While MRSE specializes in Heald Grinders and Cincinnati Milacron grinders, MRSE’s skilled team of
professionals has remanufactured virtually every make and model of precision grinder. In-house design engineers, journeyman machinist, master builders and electronics technicians all blend their talents to create total performance for your remanufactured CNC grinding systems.
A MRSE remanufacture is the state-of-the-art and comletely integrated and designed specifically for your CNC precision grinder. All components and materials that MRSE uses, meet or exceed OEM specifications.
MRSE’s remanufacture begins with dismantling your used CNC grinder down to the machine tool’s base. Next, we thoroughly clean and inspect the grinding machine, measuring all components and logging the data. To restore alignment, positioning surfaces are cut flat and parallel; hardened surfaces are ground while maintaining low surface temperatures. All non-hardened sliding surface are hand scraped for correct distribution of load-bearing contract points.
Once the grinding machine is operational, MRSE uses its laser calibration system to measure and fine tune repeatability, loss motion and straightness to OEM specifications or better. MRSE tests each remanufactured grinding machine in conditions duplicating your operating conditions as close as possible.
In-house design engineers, journeyman machinists, master builders and electronic technicians all blend their talents to create total performance for your remanufactured precision grinding systems.
