MRSE is a family owned business located in central Massachusetts with 30+ years in the precision grinding industry. Founded in 1992 by owner Frank Gaumond after the closure of Cincinnati Milacron’s Heald Machinery Division in Worcester, MRSE has grown into an industry leader. Frank’s vision was to provide high quality mechanical and electrical services for precision grinding customers left behind in the wake of Heald’s closure.
Over the last three decades MRSE has continued to expand its capabilities through continued internal improvement, excellent customer relationships, as well as the acquisition of Machinery Contract Services and Service Network Inc. (SNI). MRSE has always felt that any success or growth we experience as a company would come as a result of our strong commitment to our customers and treating our employees like family. Staying in that tradition of family, Frank’s 3 children all have leadership positions at the facility alongside Frank, assuring a strong future for our customers and employees.
