MRSE was established in 1992 to fill the growing need for service and repair on Heald’s extensive line of grinding equipment.  Frank Gaumond cut his teeth in the manufacturing industry beginning at Arland Tool, then worked for Heald’s service division before landing in process engineering.  Once Heald’s closing was imminent, Frank knew there would be a growing demand for skilled technicians within the grinding industry.
