Typically, a machine can be remanufactured in about 6-8 months from receipt of machine to the machine run-off and qualification process. *NOTE* Heavy business conditions or pandemics may change completion timeframes.
Without knowing the full scope of work for necessary repairs, it’s difficult for MRSE to provide an accurate timeframe. Turnaround on certain units can be days, while more involved repairs may require weeks or even months
Downtime can be avoided or minimized by working with an MRSE team member to perform routine preventative maintenance on your machinery. Routine machine evaluations help identify developing problems allowing solutions to be developed and then executed efficiently during scheduled time periods. MRSE has a large inventory of machine parts and units at our facility that coupled with our industry knowledge keep our customers machinery producing.
