Avoid costly downtime with our exclusive

EXCHANGE PROGRAM
Where customers can schedule downtime according to their preferences, and MRSE specialists can visit your location to “exchange” your equipment or unit.

Machinery & Units

In the manufacturing industry it goes without saying that safety comes first, but anybody who has spent time in the industry knows that a very close second is minimizing downtime and maximizing machine production. Here at MRSE we strive to give our customers a variety of options to fit their machinery needs and production schedule, which is why we offer an exchange program for complete machines as well as units. With over 30+ years in the industry MRSE has amassed a wealth of used machinery and parts that can be rebuilt or remanufactured to fit onto or replace your existing system. At MRSE we understand that your machinery needs to be operating for your company to be profiting. The machines you rely on are complex precision grinding machines, that often means large projects and significant repairs can take weeks, even months, which in some cases just won’t work. Hence the exchange program is born.

HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?

The program is simple, it is similar to a core charge on your car battery at the automotive store. It begins with our team of specialists working with the customer to identify the machine or unit they need replaced and then determining whether or not the request qualifies for the exchange program. Once verified, MRSE can put forth a series of options to the customer that could range from OEM unit rebuild, to a unit upgrade, to replacing the entire used machine. All these options in the exchange program allow the customer to leave their machinery running production while MRSE works to build your next new machine, replacement machine, or rebuilt unit to install when complete. Once all testing and troubleshooting is finished here at our facility, the MRSE team and customer will plan and determine an ideal period for downtime and the MRSE technicians can come to your facility and “exchange” your machine or unit. MRSE does take control of the replaced machine or unit once the job is complete, unless otherwise arranged in the scope of work contract.
